First paper drawing art thingy! by TheSoaringHog First paper drawing art thingy! by TheSoaringHog
I have committed many a sin making this one. I used lined paper on a miniature notepad, a mechanical pencil, then scan- took a picture of it with a nice ca- my phone. I've been going crazy with my inability to make anything for weeks now, so I derped on a piece of paper and thought I'd share it. First time I've drawn on paper since elementary school arts and crafts.

It's dirty, smudgy, and those eyes stare into my soul, but for the experience I have drawing pencil and paper stuffs (none) and the resources I had on hand, I'm not hating myself. Kinda happy, actually.

Not my character. This is (supposed to be) Agnès Oblige from Bravely Default.

It's a good start my first pictures I can't see it anymore without crying because they are so....urgh...bad... <.<
Well...the head is too big when you see the eyes are so close and they are to small...
Try to draw the eyes first with the same distance and a bit bigger, then you should draw the nose and the mouth..at least you draw the head and the hairs oh and the hair was really good.
The rest is good if this is your first try to draw on paper^^
Well...I can say it's really important to draw often because you must practice and you can use a pattern, if it's possible a colorless pattern so you can see the details and basics ^.^
I draw since 9 years and I see the progress too :3

Eyes should be further apart, and bigger.

I don't blame you. When I don't do nothing for a while, I also do stuff that other people would kill me for.
